1. Shipping Destinations
We currently deliver only to physical addresses in the United States and Canada.
If your country or region does not appear as an option during checkout, delivery to your location is not available at this time.
2. Order Processing Time
After your payment is confirmed, orders are typically prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days.
Please note: Processing, shipping, and delivery do not occur on weekends or nationally recognized public holidays.
3. Estimated Transit Times
Delivery estimates begin after your order has been shipped:
- United States (Standard Shipping): 5–10 business days
- Canada (Standard Shipping): 7–15 business days
These timeframes include potential delays due to customs clearance (for Canadian shipments), regional carrier routing, weather disruptions, or high-volume periods (e.g., holidays or seasonal peaks). While we strive for timely delivery, these are estimates only and not guaranteed.
4. Shipping Partners
- U.S. deliveries are fulfilled primarily through USPS (United States Postal Service).
- Canadian orders are handled by Canada Post or similarly reputable local carriers, depending on destination and service availability.
5. Tracking Your Order
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email—including a unique tracking link—once your order leaves our facility.
Note: It may take up to 48 hours for the carrier’s system to activate and display real-time tracking updates.
6. Missing or Delayed Shipments
If your package is significantly delayed—or shows as “Delivered” but hasn’t arrived—please:
- Check with household members, building managers, or neighbors (packages are sometimes left discreetly).
- Contact the carrier directly using your tracking number for delivery details or GPS confirmation (if available).
- If the issue remains unresolved, email us at [email protected] within 7 days of the carrier’s recorded delivery date. We’ll work with you and the carrier to investigate and resolve the situation fairly.
7. Import Fees for Canadian Customers
International shipments to Canada may be assessed customs duties, GST/HST, brokerage fees, or other import-related charges by the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) or the delivery carrier.
- These fees are not calculated or collected by us at checkout.
- Responsibility for payment lies solely with the recipient—and payment is typically required before or upon delivery.
- Since customs policies and rates vary, we are unable to estimate or influence these charges in advance.
