Payment Policy

Accepted Payment Methods
We accept the following secure payment options (as also displayed at checkout):
  • Credit/debit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express
  • All payments are securely processed through third-party payment processors. We do not store complete bank card numbers on our servers.

Currency & Exchange

  • Orders shipped to U.S. addresses are charged in U.S. Dollars (USD).
  • Orders shipped to Canadian addresses are charged in Canadian Dollars (CAD).
  • The currency selector located at the top of our website serves as a price preview tool, allowing you to view costs in your preferred currency. However, please note that the final payment processed on your card will always reflect the currency corresponding to your shipping country (as outlined above)—regardless of the display currency chosen.
If your card or bank account uses a currency other than the billing currency (USD/CAD), your bank or card issuer may convert the charge to your local currency using their own exchange rate. Your bank may also apply a foreign transaction fee—these conversion rates and fees are determined solely by your financial institution, not by  , and we are not responsible for them.

Payment Security

All payments are processed through PCI DSS-compliant systems, ensuring industry-leading encryption and data protection. We never store your full payment details (e.g., credit card numbers, security codes) on our servers—your financial information is handled securely by our trusted payment processing partners.

Billing Statements

Depending on your chosen payment method, charges may appear on your bank/credit card statement under our brand name or the name of our payment processing partner. If you have questions about a charge related to your order, please contact our customer support team with your order number for clarification.

Taxes & Duties

  • Canadian Customers: Goods and Services Tax (GST), Harmonized Sales Tax (HST), or Provincial Sales Tax (PST) is applied based on your shipping province/territory, as required by Canadian tax regulations. Any import duties or customs fees for cross-border shipments are the responsibility of the customer (see our Refund & Return Policy for details on non-refundable duties/taxes).
