If something isn’t quite right with your order, we’re here to help. Please review our return and refund guidelines below before initiating a return.
1. 30-Day Return Period
You may request a return within 30 days of your order’s delivery date. Returns initiated after this window will not be accepted, and refunds cannot be issued.
2. Eligibility Requirements
For a return to qualify for a refund, the item(s) must be:
- In original, unused condition (not worn, washed, or altered)
- Accompanied by all original tags, labels, and accessories
- Returned in the original packaging
Please note that certain items (e.g., final sale products) are not eligible for refunds due to hygiene or policy considerations.
3. Exchanges
We currently do not process direct exchanges for size or color.
If you’d like a different item, we recommend placing a new order and separately initiating a return for the original purchase.
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or was mistakenly shipped, we will handle the matter on a case-by-case basis .
4. Return Shipping Costs
- Our error (defective/wrong item): We’ll cover return shipping and may provide a prepaid label (where available).
- Change of mind (e.g., wrong size selected, no longer wanted): Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. Note: Original outbound shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return results from our error.
5. How to Start a Return
Do not ship items back without prior approval.

- Your order number
- Reason for return
- For defective items: clear, well-lit photos showing the issue
Once reviewed, we’ll confirm eligibility and provide detailed return instructions.
6. Refund Processing Time
After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll send a confirmation email. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Note: Additional time may be required for your bank or credit card company to reflect the refund in your account.
7. Haven’t Received Your Refund?
First, check with your financial institution—sometimes delays occur on their end. If it’s been over 10 business days since approval and the refund still hasn’t posted, please contact [email protected] for assistance.
8. Canadian Customers: Duties, Taxes & Customs Fees
For orders shipped to Canada, any duties, taxes, or customs fees assessed by the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) or your carrier are non-refundable, even on returned items.
Refunds will include the product price—and original shipping costs only if legally required and the return is due to our error. All customs-related charges are excluded.
