Shipping & Delivery

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: At this time, we deliver exclusively to addresses in the United States and Canada. If your country isn’t available at checkout, we’re unable to ship there.

Q: How long does delivery take?
A: After your order is processed (typically within 1–3 business days), standard delivery takes:

  • United States: 5–10 business days
  • Canada: 7–15 business days
    Please note that customs clearance (for Canadian orders), weather, holidays, or peak seasons may affect timelines.

Q: Which carriers do you use?
A: We partner with trusted national postal services:

  • US orders: USPS (United States Postal Service)
  • Canadian orders: Canada Post or other authorized local carriers

Q: Will I receive a tracking number?
A: Yes! Once your order ships, you’ll get a confirmation email with a tracking link. Tracking details may take up to 48 hours to update.

Q: Are import duties or taxes included for Canadian customers?
A: No. Orders shipped to Canada may be subject to duties, taxes, and handling fees assessed by the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) or the carrier. These charges are the recipient’s responsibility and are not included in the checkout total.


 Returns & Refunds

Q: What is your return policy?
A: You may request a return within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is:
Unworn, unwashed, in original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

Q: Do you offer exchanges?
A: We don’t process direct exchanges. To get a different size or style, please place a new order and return the original item separately.

Q: Who pays for return shipping?
A:We cover return shipping for defective, damaged, or incorrect items (with proof).

You are responsible for return postage on change-of-mind returns (e.g., wrong size chosen, no longer wanted). Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was ours.

Q: How long does a refund take?
A: Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to reflect the credit.

Q: Can I get a refund for duties/taxes paid on a Canadian order?
A: Unfortunately, import duties, taxes, and customs fees are non-refundable, even upon return. We only refund the product price (and original shipping if the return is due to our error).

Q: How do I know my order went through?
A: You’ll receive an order confirmation email shortly after checkout. If you don’t see it, please check your spam folder or contact us.

Q: Can I modify or cancel my order?
A: Orders begin processing quickly, often within hours. If you need to make changes, contact us immediately at [email protected]. We’ll do our best — but cannot guarantee modifications once processing has started.

Q: Do you offer gift wrapping or personalized notes?
A: Not at this time, but we’re always exploring ways to improve the customer experience!

Q: My package shows “Delivered” but I haven’t received it. What should I do?
A: First, check with household members, neighbors, or building management. Next, verify the delivery address and contact the carrier (using your tracking number). If it remains unresolved, email us within 7 days of the delivery date, and we’ll help investigate.
